Astroyogi Store Credits & Yogii Coins – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Yogii Coins (loyalty rewards) and Store Credits offered by Astroyogi Store, operated by Netway India Pvt. Ltd. By participating in the rewards program or using Store Credits, you agree to the following terms.

1. Definitions

1.1 Yogii Coins

Yogii Coins are promotional loyalty reward points issued by Astroyogi Store. Yogii Coins are not cash, cannot be transferred, exchanged, or withdrawn, and can only be redeemed on eligible purchases made on Astroyogi Store.

1.2 Store Credits

Store Credits are refundable credits issued by Astroyogi Store in specific scenarios such as refunds, returns, cancellations, or goodwill adjustments. Store Credits are equivalent to Indian Rupees and can be redeemed against future purchases subject to these Terms.

1.3 Coin Value

  • 1 Yogii Coin = ₹1

  • 1 Store Credit = ₹1

2. Yogii Coins – First Order Cashback Offer

Customers are eligible to receive 100% cashback in the form of Yogii Coins on their first successful order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The minimum order value must be ₹500.

  • Cashback is limited to a maximum of ₹500.

  • Cashback is credited as Yogii Coins, not cash.

  • The offer is valid only on the customer's first successful order.

  • This offer cannot be claimed multiple times using different accounts, phone numbers, email addresses, or any fraudulent means.

  • Astroyogi Store reserves the right to cancel or reverse rewards in case of suspected misuse.

3. Other Ways to Earn Yogii Coins

Customers may earn Yogii Coins through various eligible activities available under the Astroyogi Rewards Program.

Astroyogi Store may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue reward earning activities at any time without prior notice.

4. Crediting of Yogii Coins

Prepaid Orders

Yogii Coins will be credited shortly after the prepaid order is successfully placed.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Yogii Coins will be credited only after the order has been successfully delivered.

Astroyogi Store reserves the right to delay or withhold rewards in case of suspected fraud, abuse, payment issues, or order disputes.

5. Expiry of Yogii Coins

  • Yogii Coins remain valid for 60 days from the date they are credited.

  • Any unused Yogii Coins will automatically expire after the validity period.

  • Expired Yogii Coins cannot be reinstated or exchanged for cash.

6. Redemption of Yogii Coins

Yogii Coins can be redeemed on future purchases subject to the following conditions:

  • A maximum of 25% of the order value can be paid using Yogii Coins.

  • The remaining balance must be paid using another available payment method or Store Credits.

Example

Available Yogii Coins: 500

Order Value: ₹1,000

Maximum Yogii Coins redeemable = 25% × ₹1,000 = 250 Coins

Final Payable Amount = ₹750

Any unused Yogii Coins will remain in the customer's rewards balance until expiry.

7. Cancellation, Return & Refund Impact on Yogii Coins

If an order for which Yogii Coins were awarded is:

  • Cancelled

  • Returned

  • Refunded

  • Partially refunded

the corresponding Yogii Coins awarded for that purchase may be reversed, adjusted, or deducted from the customer's rewards balance.

If redeemed Yogii Coins were used on an order that is subsequently cancelled or refunded, Astroyogi Store may restore those redeemed Yogii Coins at its sole discretion, subject to their original validity period.

8. Store Credits

Store Credits are issued in eligible refund scenarios and function differently from Yogii Coins.

Store Credits:

  • Can be used against future purchases.

  • Are not subject to the 25% redemption limit applicable to Yogii Coins.

  • May be used up to the full available Store Credit balance, subject to the order value.

Example:

If a customer paid ₹1,000 for an order and becomes eligible for a refund in the form of Store Credits, the customer will receive 1,000 Store Credits, which can be fully used on a future purchase.

9. Combined Use of Store Credits & Yogii Coins

Customers may use both Store Credits and Yogii Coins in the same transaction, subject to the following order of adjustment:

  1. Store Credits are applied first.

  2. Yogii Coins are then applied, subject to the 25% redemption limit based on the original order value.

  3. Any remaining amount is payable through the available payment methods.

Example

Order Value: ₹2,000

Available Store Credits: ₹1,000

Available Yogii Coins: 500

Maximum Yogii Coins redeemable = 25% × ₹2,000 = ₹500

Calculation:

  • Order Value = ₹2,000

  • Less Store Credits = ₹1,000

  • Less Yogii Coins = ₹500

Final Payable Amount = ₹500

10. Non-Transferability

Yogii Coins and Store Credits:

  • Cannot be transferred to another customer.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Cannot be sold or gifted.

  • Have no monetary value outside Astroyogi Store.

11. Fraud & Abuse

Astroyogi Store reserves the right to:

  • Reverse Yogii Coins or Store Credits.

  • Suspend or terminate customer accounts.

  • Cancel orders.

  • Refuse redemption of rewards.

if any fraudulent, abusive, suspicious, or unauthorized activity is detected, including but not limited to multiple account creation, misuse of promotional offers, payment abuse, or any activity intended to unfairly benefit from the rewards program.

12. Program Modification

Netway India Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify, suspend, withdraw, or terminate the Yogii Coins and Store Credits program, including earning rates, redemption rules, validity periods, and eligibility criteria, at any time without prior notice.

13. Final Decision

In the event of any dispute relating to Yogii Coins, Store Credits, eligibility, redemption, expiry, or interpretation of these Terms & Conditions, the decision of Netway India Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding.
