Return and Refund Policy for Remedial Products

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Customers have the right to return or replace any purchased items within 7 days of receipt if the products are defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item was received.

Conditions for Return:

  • Products must be in their original condition (unused, unworn, and with all tags attached) to qualify for a return.

  • Products must be returned with their original packaging.

  • Rudraksha: Rudraksha is a natural seed, and each piece will have unique variations in shape, size, and texture. These natural differences are inherent to the product and cannot be considered grounds for return. Please note that product images are indicative only and may vary from the final product delivered.

  • Gemstones: Gemstones are handcrafted by skilled artisans, and therefore, they may vary slightly in shape, color, and size due to the natural cutting, polishing, and shaping processes. As these variations are a result of the artisanal crafting, they are not considered defects. Please note that product images are indicative only and may vary from the final product delivered.

  • Authenticity and Quality: We provide authentic and original products. Due to the inherent natural variations in gemstones, Rudraksha seeds, and natural stones, slight differences in color, size, and shape are to be expected. These variations do not affect the authenticity or quality of the product, and we ensure that every item meets stringent quality standards before being offered to our customers.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

  • Products that are personalized or made to order are not eligible for return.

Process for Returns and Replacements

  1. Initiation:
    Contact our customer support at customercare@astroyogi.com with your order details and a description of the issue (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect product).

  2. Approval:
    Await confirmation from our team. If your return or replacement is approved, we will send you instructions on how to proceed.

Refunds

  1. Store Credit:
    For eligible products returned within the 7-day return window, we will issue Store Credit equivalent to the value of the returned item(s) instead of a refund to the original payment method.

  2. Refund to Original Payment Method:
    If you request a refund to the original payment method, a processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Replacements 

If you choose to replace a defective or incorrect product, the replacement will be sent within 4 days from the receipt of the returned product.

While the quality and authenticity of each product are ensured by Astroyogi, specific benefits associated with the products are not guaranteed. User agrees that Astroyogi is not responsible for the effectiveness of the product towards any outcome. Claims related to product effectiveness are not eligible for returns or replacements.
