We accept return requests only if they are made within 2 days of receiving the product and we shall not accept any requests made after 2 days of delivery.
 

Please make sure as per follows before you place your request for return or refund-

• If the product has any manufacturing defect.

• The product delivered is different from the product ordered.

• The delivered product must have not been used.

• Same packaging of the box and other articles is required for return.

• No labels should be damaged of the product

• Receipt of product purchased to be provided.

 

Process for placing the return request-

• Customers shall share a receipt or proof of purchase along with the product’s image.

• Transportation charges to be borne by the customer for returns.

• If found manhandled and damaged, the product shall not be returned or exchanged.

• Amount to be refunded will be credited to the similar account from which the payment was made and will be credited within 7-21 business days upon receipt of the returned product.
